Junior Graphic Designer
About the Role
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and engaging designs that strengthen the company's brand identity across digital and print platforms. This role requires a creative individual who can translate ideas into impactful visuals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
What You Will Do
- Design engaging creatives for social media platforms, including posts, banners, stories, and campaign assets.
- Create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, standees, and promotional materials.
- Design website graphics, email banners, digital advertisements, and other online assets.
- Develop presentations, infographics, branding materials, logos, icons, and illustrations.
- Create motion graphics and basic animations using Adobe After Effects.
- Edit videos for marketing campaigns and social media using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Ensure all creative assets align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to develop campaign creatives.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting project timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, creative tools, and emerging AI-powered design technologies.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar software) for video editing.
- Basic knowledge of Figma for UI assets and collaborative design.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, branding, and visual communication.
- Ability to create high-quality digital and print-ready designs.
- Familiarity with social media design trends and platform-specific creative requirements.
- Knowledge of Canva and AI-powered design tools is an added advantage.
- Good communication, creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
